The Caminito is a one-way walk from the north towards El Chorro. Your meeting point and return plan matter just as much as your entry time.
For the Caminito del Rey ticket + tour + local shuttle option, meet your guide in El Chorro at the location on your voucher. For the ticket + tour option without shuttle, follow the northern meeting point near Ardales and plan a separately paid shuttle after the walk.
El Chorro railway station serves the village where the local-shuttle tour meets. Check current Renfe services before booking your tour, and leave time for delays and the walk to your meeting point. Your train ticket is not included.
Choose the day trip with return transport from Málaga. Admission and your English-speaking guide are included. Select the available pickup point when booking; this is not a promise of hotel collection. Food and drinks are separate.

If you can get to El Chorro, choose the guided tour with the local shuttle. If you’re staying in Málaga without a car, choose the day trip with return transport. The ticket + tour option without shuttle suits independent arrivals at the northern meeting point, while the small-group option has a maximum of eight people in your guided group.
Yes. All four featured tours include Caminito del Rey admission and an English-speaking guide. They are guided experiences rather than standalone admission tickets. Transport and other extras vary, so check the inclusions for your chosen option.
No. The ticket + tour + local shuttle option includes a local shuttle to the starting area. You arrange your own journey to El Chorro. For transport from Málaga and back, choose the Málaga day trip. The ticket + tour option without shuttle does not include its return shuttle.
Allow about three hours for the ticket + tour option without shuttle, 3.5 hours for the small-group option, and 4–4.5 hours for the ticket + tour + local shuttle option. The Málaga day trip takes around 7–8 hours including transport. Also allow time to reach your meeting point.
The minimum age is eight. Children under eight cannot enter, and minors must be accompanied by an adult. Bring an official document showing the child’s age and check the requirements in your booking.
Expect several hours on foot, approach paths, slopes and exposed heights. You should be comfortable walking and able to follow the safety instructions. These tours are not wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility limitations or strong vertigo, review the route requirements before booking.
